After working with the webshop Zen Organic Formula for a year - and growing their revenue in 6 months by a mind-blowing +467% - a new shop with a new brand was being launched. The idea stayed the same: selling organic European baby formula to American moms who trust Europeans more with their babies than their own neighbors.
(THE Problem)
There are a lot of shops that offer the same products, but they also feel exactly the same - like walking into a sea of beige websites that could've been copy-pasted from each other. The challenge was to make FormulaDiscounter feel both ridiculously cheap and baby-friendly at the same time, offering trust from day 1. Because let's be honest, with a new brand it's always harder to make those first few sales than convincing a toddler to eat vegetables.

(WHAT WE DID)
After nailing the branding it was time to design using all the hard-earned wisdom from Zen Organic Formula and inject it into this new shop like some kind of e-commerce growth hormone. I worked closely with the Shopify developer to ensure we had the best user experience from the get-go.
(WHY WE DID IT)
In both branding and design I went full character mode, adding that yellow sun-like smiley that basically screams "trust me, I'm friendly!" while simultaneously throwing in aggressive red colors and those "sticker-like" discount presentations that make people think they're getting the deal of the century.
